A pulse meter scale is printed on the colored inner bezel, allowing you to calculate your heart rate by timing 30 heartbeats. The dial includes a 110 second timer at 2 o'clock, a date window between 4 and 5 o'clock, and a small second hand at 6 o'clock. The watch features a sapphire crystal glass with anti reflective coating on both sides.
